Doctrine

WE BELIEVE AND ARE. . .

  • Independent-Protestant-Sola Scriptura (The Bible Alone!)
  • The Church of Israel is built on the Person of the Lord Jesus Christ, His Virgin Birth, Crucifixion, Burial, Resurrection, Ascension, & Second Coming.  Jesus Christ is the Head of the Body and Savior of the church.  The church is redeemed Israel, and Israel, redeemed in Jesus Christ, is the church.
  • Trinitarian—We believe the Apostles and all historic creeds dating from primitive Christianity to the Protestant Reformation.
  • Justification by faith alone
  • Election and Predestination
  • We believe baptism is the seal of our faith in Jesus Christ, and also support the Laying On of Hands in confirmation of the Holy Spirit’s work in the heart of the believer.
  • We celebrate the Sacrament of Holy Communion of the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ at Passover and Atonement each year for baptized communicants in good moral standing.
  • We believe the Authorized King James Version is the only Bible of record for the church and family.
  • We believe the Bible is the divinely inspired and revealed Word from God and is providentially preserved in time and history.
  • Hermeneutics:   the Church of Israel believes that the New Testament must be viewed through the prism of the Law of Moses, the Prophets, and the Psalms (Luke 16:31; 24:44; John 5:45-47; Acts 15:15; Acts 17:2,3; Acts 24:14; Acts 26:22).  Any interpretation of the New Testament that does not square with the Law of Moses, the Prophets, and Psalms is fraudulent.  If you believe Jesus, you must believe Moses, the Prophets, and Psalms.  The Old Testament constitutes about 85% of the total Bible and was the only Scripture the early Christians knew!
  • We are Apostolic in doctrine.
  • We believe the lost ten tribes of Israel are identified as the Anglo-Saxon and kindred peoples of the Christian West.
  • We are Seventh-Day-Sabbath and believe in Lawful Worship.  We claim the Ten Commandments, circumcision, tithe laws, dietary laws, etc… We believe sanctification is through the Holy Spirit by the Standard of God’s Commandments, Statutes, and Judgments.
  • We observe annually the holy days of Passover and Unleavened Bread, Pentecost, Trumpets, Atonement, and Tabernacles.
  • We believe sin is the transgression of God’s Law.  Without preaching of the Law, sin cannot be identified or sinners brought to conviction, confession of their guilt, and to the cross for justification, atonement, and salvation.
  • The Church of Israel is fully committed to teaching and practicing the moral absolutes of God’s Law contained in Scripture.
  • We believe the body of the believer is the temple of the Holy Spirit; therefore, we must live in holiness.  Believers are encouraged to abstain from using alcohol, tobacco, addicting drugs, tattoos, body piercing, etc.

We believe…

  • Christians who are alive at the return of Christ will witness a time of unprecedented tribulation prior to the Second Coming of Jesus Christ
  • Christ’s return will be followed by the First Resurrection of the Dead and the translation of those who are alive at His return
  • In a literal regathering, reconciliation, and reunification of both Judah and Israel as the redeemed children of God, dwelling in the land promised to Abraham
  • In the restoration of God’s divine Theocratic Kingdom on Earth
  • Jesus Christ will reign on David’s throne in the Millennia Sabbath of Rest
  • In Everlasting Life or Eternal Punishment in Gehenna

We are closed communion.
